An example of a circular economy

The energy recovery of household waste and waste from facilities implements the combustion and energy production process thus having a recovery service of the residue obtained during the purification of fumes when the latter is performed by means of sodium bicarbonate. The process developed by Resolest enables the recovery of the soluble fraction of these residues.

The salt obtained in the form of a purified brine is recycled in a soda ash plant and replaces part of the raw materials needed to manufacture sodium carbonate mainly used in the glass industry. Local use, the factory that uses Resolest salt is located 4 km away.
